CANCELATION POLICY
FOR NEW LEVEL BOOST CAMPS

Boost Summer Camp – Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

 

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the camp.

 

 

 

Cancellation Deadlines & Refund Schedule

 

 

  • 14+ days before start date: 100% refund

  • 7–13 days before start date: 75% refund

  • 1–6 days before start date: 50% refund

  • On or after start date / No-show: 25% refund or full credit toward any future NL Boost program

 

 

 

 

Session Transfers

 

 

  • Up to 3 days before session: Free transfer to another available session

  • Within 2 days of session start: $25 admin fee (applied as credit toward your new session)

 

 

 

 

Medical & Emergency Exceptions

 

 

If illness or injury prevents attendance, a doctor’s note must be submitted within 7 days of the session start date. A full credit will be issued toward any NL Boost program within 12 months. No fees apply.

 

 

 

How to Cancel or Transfer

 

 

Send an email to techteam@boostbaseball.com with the subject line:

Camp Change – [Camper Name]

 

Please include:

• Camper’s full name and original session dates

• Requested action (cancel or transfer)

• If transferring: preferred new session dates

 

 

 

Refund & Credit Processing

 

 

All requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
