What is Boost Fall Ball?
Fall Ball is one of Boost’s most comprehensive and high-impact baseball programs — designed to take 8–13 year olds to the next level across every aspect of the game.
Players will benefit from:

40 hours of high-energy, skill-based training at our premier facility
-
20 hours of structured outdoor game play
-
Focused development in hitting, pitching, fielding, game strategy, and most importantly, confidence
Athletes will pick two weekday sessions (Monday–Friday)
from 5–7 PM, giving families flexibility and consistency.

We’re also including outdoor Saturday practices to put those skills into play and build real-game awareness.

Program Overview
Boost’s indoor training sessions are available Monday - Friday from 5PM - 7 PM.
Participants have the freedom to select two days that best fit your weekly schedule, with an option to make up a missed session, ensuring you never fall behind. Complement your training with 10 outdoor practices and scrimmages held on weekends.

What Do Successful Sessions Look Like?
Indoor Training Sessions
In these sessions, players will work on hitting, pitching, fielding, and other aspects of the game through specialized drills and simulated game scenarios. Our state-of-the-art indoor facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide valuable insights and data analytics to further improve performance.
Outdoor Training Sessions
These sessions take the game to the baseball field, focusing on live game play, team strategies, and enhancing players’ abilities to adapt to dynamic scenarios. Players get the chance to apply the skills they've honed indoors to real game situations, adapting to varying field conditions.
