Designed and led by former MLB pitcher Sean White and former professional pitcher Mason McAlister, this program is a comprehensive, data-driven experience that prepares athletes for the next level.

The premier offseason training system for pitchers in the Greater Seattle area. Designed and led by former MLB pitcher Sean White and former professional pitcher Mason McAlister, this program is a comprehensive, data-driven experience that prepares athletes for the next level.

- Identifying and correcting individual weaknesses
- Further developing strengths
- Refining and adjusting mechanics to improve efficiency while honoring each athlete’s natural delivery
- Incorporating full-body movement to reduce arm stress and fatigue
- Developing advanced pitch sequencing and design
- Improving arm health, strength, and mobility
- Building sustainable routines for long-term success
- Strengthening the mental game and in-game adjustment tools

 

Weekly Schedule

Each session is a small group format (maximum of 8 players per session), capped to ensure personalized instruction, and lasts 90 minutes.

Dates: September 16, 2025 – February 28, 2026
Location: Boost Baseball Facility
Groupings: Based on age and ability to ensure competitive, effective instruction
Session Frequency: 2x per week recommended per athlete

MONDAY

  • 4:30–6:00 PM · Ages 8U–12U

  • 6:00–7:30 PM · Ages 13U & Up

TUESDAY

  • 4:30–6:00 PM · Ages 13U & Up (Starts week of Oct 13)

WEDNESDAY

  • 4:30–6:00 PM · Ages 8U–12U

  • 6:00–7:30 PM · Ages 13U & Up

THURSDAY

  • 4:30–6:00 PM · Ages 13 & Up (Starts week of Oct 13)

FRIDAY

  • 4:30–6:00 PM · Ages 8U–12U

Tuesday and Thursday sessions for Ages 13U & Up will begin the week of October 13, 2025. Athletes are encouraged to stick with consistent weekly sessions for optimal progression.

There will be no sessions on the following dates (already excluded from pricing):


- October 10 (State In-Service Day)
- November 11 (Veterans Day)
- November 27–28 (Thanksgiving Break)
- December 22 – January 2 (Winter Break)
- January 19 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
- February 16–20 (Mid-Winter Break)

Total sessions: 40

TrackMan & Radar Guns

Used for precise measurement of pitch velocity, spin rate, and movement to support real-time coaching and pitch design

Armcare & Sensor System

Tracks arm strength, range of motion, and fatigue. Daily assessments guide warmups, monitor recovery, and reduce injury risk.

Video Analysis

High-frame-rate video is used to identify movement inefficiencies and track improvements over time.

Full-Body Mechanics

Instruction emphasizes movement patterns that use the lower half and core efficiently to reduce arm strain and improve repeatability.
