Small Groups
Small-group pitching training at BOOST is built to develop complete pitchers in a structured, high-rep environment. Our new Pitching 360 program is designed for athletes from 8U through 13U and beyond, providing age-appropriate instruction that grows with the player. Sessions focus on mechanics, movement quality, arm care, command, and confidence on the mound.
Pitching 360 takes a comprehensive approach to development, covering not just how to throw, but how to train. Athletes learn proper warm-ups, recovery habits, body control, and mental routines while working alongside peers at a similar stage of development. Small group sizes allow coaches to give individualized feedback while maintaining the energy and accountability of team-based training.
